For those who are unable to visit the workshop in person, I accept instrument repairs through the post. Once you have contacted me and received a timeframe and a quote for the work needed, you can mail me your instrument (through a mail service of your choice)* and let me worry about the rest!

By sharing your name, email address, and phone number you agree to it being stored securely on a server in Ireland in accordance with this Data Protection Policy and EU GDPR directives.

*All Instruments are shipped to and from my premises at the customers expense, and are subject to the courier’s conditions of carriage. While every effort will be made on my behalf to prepare an instrument for secure return shipping, I accept no liability for instruments lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay import/duty/customs fees and or any related extraneous expenses. Repairs that have not been paid for in full, 30 calendar days after receipt of the first invoice are subject to a 5% late payment fee. Continuous late payment where reasonable efforts of communication have been ignored run the risk of forfeiting your instrument. Please note that all instruments left in for repair past their due collection are at the owners risk I accept no liability for loss, damage, or theft.
